Bambu Lab X1 Carbon V3 3D printer

Bambu Lab has unveiled the X1 Carbon V3, the latest iteration of its flagship CoreXY printer. The headline feature is a completely redesigned AI monitoring system that uses computer vision to detect print failures in real time — stopping the print and alerting you before a blob of doom destroys your hotend.

The new dual-extrusion system allows for true multi-material printing without the waste of traditional purge towers. A redesigned AMS (Automatic Material System) handles up to 8 filaments with individual humidity control for each spool.

Other improvements include a 50% larger build volume (now 300x300x300mm), integrated filament drying, and a new touchscreen interface running Bambu's custom OS. The X1 Carbon V3 ships in Q3 2026 starting at $1,499.
