Anycubic Kobra 4 Launches at $299 With Impressive Speed Claims

Anycubic has unveiled the Kobra 4, a bed-slinger style printer that claims 600mm/s print speeds at a $299 price point. While real-world speeds will likely be lower, early reviews suggest it can comfortably handle 350-400mm/s with good quality.

The Kobra 4 features a direct drive extruder, automatic bed leveling with strain gauge probing, and a flexible PEI build plate. It runs a custom firmware based on Klipper with input shaper and pressure advance pre-configured.

The aggressive pricing puts pressure on both Bambu Lab's A1 Mini and Creality's Ender 3 V3 line. Anycubic is clearly betting on volume over margins.
